The project consisted of the creation of the new corporate headquarters to accommodate more staff. It was an interior fit-out project with offices divided into 5 floors.
The Lean work methodology was implemented, with pull sessions with suppliers and workers, joint planning, work done by floors and the just-in-time arrival of materials. This managed to optimise time, equipment and resources, in addition to coordinating key tasks at all times. Cradle to Cradle materials were also used in some cases, which contribute to the well-being of the building’s occupants.
The most characteristic part of the project are the central courtyards that were created on each floor. A very distinctive and innovative space for the corporate headquarters sector.
