The client’s objective was to create offices where all gamers would want to work. They were looking for a homey, cosy, vintage-style space that paid homage to their roots when they started this project.
The Lean2Cradle methodology was applied with detailed planning and coordination with all those involved in the work via pull sessions, the work was organised by floors and supplied materials were managed to arrive just-in-time. In addition, the project’s Material Passport was obtained, identifying the materials used and their location in the building.
