This project consisted of fitting out 3 of the building’s floors. Installation of furniture and characterisation of the chairman’s area, the cafeteria and the recreation and relaxation area. The client’s objective was to consolidate its presence in the capital, relocating all its workers in a single building in Madrid’s Torre Norte.
– Building work: drywall partitions, woodwork, painting and custom-made furniture.
– Installation work: HVAC, electricity, plumbing and fire protection.
The project contributed to the well-being of the building’s occupants thanks to its unbeatable location and the creation of comfortable spaces. Furthermore, environmental and architectural parameters were controlled (thermal, light, acoustic and olfactory factors).
