Restoration and expansion of the Hotel Costa Brava located in Playa de Aro (Barcelona) within 6 months.
The client’s objective was to expand the hotel to have 28 more rooms, a total of 1,112.88 m2 spread out over 3 floors plus the rooftop.
The work was focused on creating the entire interior layout, the interior finishes and the facade.
In the planning and distribution of material, the Lean2Cradle® methodology was applied, obtaining huge benefits when it came to the well-being of its occupants. This well-being has also been benefitted by the installation of acoustic insulation and the HVAC system.
